Our Team

We are dedicated to delivering the best possible care, and we feel that the team is the key to attaining this goal. Regular training, evaluations, and monitoring are provided.

Every member of the Oasis Residential Care team is given time and attention to their own development and advancement. Internal advancement will be a terrific chance for personnel to advance their careers in the care industry when we build new homes.

We make sure that the team feels valued, and that individuals are rewarded and recognised for their hard work and devotion to the children and young people in our care,
by offering incentives such as salary raises, birthday celebrations, and team-building activities.

The team aims to:

• Recognise the young person's task and ensure that they are working in a person-centred manner.
• Co-operate as a group and communicate with all members and social professionals.
• Have plans in place to help specific young people go forward.
• Have a positive attitude about their work and their co-workers, and watch young people achieve their objectives and dreams.

The care team will:

• Take an empathic approach to their work.
• Will be patient and unobtrusive (allowing the child or young person to initiate the relationship).
• Choosing the right outcome.
• Choosing a key worker based on personality compatibility.
• Primary care is provided.
• Where possible, involve children and young people in all parts of their care.
• Identifying and managing risks.
• Staff members get ongoing training and development.
